Amrit Yoga is a blending of Praynayama (rhythmic breathing), Hatha yoga (physical postures), and Kripalu Yoga (meditation).  Amrit Yoga will help you to:

  •  Reduce stress and rejuvenate your body with rhythmic breathing;  

  •  Tone and strengthen your body with physical postures;                                                                 

  •  Release your mind and calm your spirit with meditation.

  All of these skills are necessary to successfully function at your highest potential in the fast-paced culture in which we live today.




Schedule: Beginning September 13, 2011                   

                Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. 

Cost:  $12.00 per class
